We believe in sustainable community tourism and help support the local economy through the fair employment of our staff and provisioning from local fishermen, farmers and markets. For many of our guests, our loyal staff become like extended family.
We are a very local establishment and are proud to offer our guests a chance to interact with the community and build friendships. Some of our staff have been with us over 20 years, in fact Leroy's father use to run the place for Noel Coward so we have lineage since the place was built.
